Our very own Fito Gutierrez, who is a former Red Bull cliff diver is teaming up with Nigel Mills, a high diving coach, to deliver a tge first uk junior high diving camp.
It is aimed at 14-19 year olds. Running over 2 days, the Saturday at Plymouth Life Centre and Sunday down at Adrenaline Quarry where there are high diving boards purposely built for high diving practice used by our very own Aidan Heslop.
Saturday: 2 dryland sessions, 2 pool sessions working on feet first entry, birani and spotting.
Sunday: 12.5 meters (14-19yr olds) & 16 meters (16yrs+) platforms available. Working on birani, blind and unnatural entry. 2 water sessions all with a full water safety team.
